Placing an Order
By placing an order you are agreeing to pay and accept delivery of goods ordered.
All sales are final, and in the case of faulty products refunds are made only if it is not possible to offer a replacement. For further details, please refer to our information page on our Returns Policy.
Prices shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of 10% GST.
We only sell to Australia.
All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by us. We may require additional information to verify an order before we accept it.
Payment Methods
bcc computers currently accepts a variety of payment options, including direct bank deposit, credit card and cheque.
We charge a 2% surcharge on purchases made via Visa or Mastercard credit cards, to cover bank fees charged to us for these transactions.
Credit card purchases use an encrypted connection provided via a commercial grade Thawte SSL certificate and payment is processed by St George through a secure payment gateway provided by Camtech, leaders in on-line credit card payment handling.
We also offer quick and convenient rental financing through Flexirent. Finance is subject to approval and Flexirent's terms and conditions.
if you choose to pick up the goods in store, the mininum 10% deposit require before goods ordering from our warehouse. the deposit is not refundable once goods despatch from our warehouse. restocking fee may apply if the customer want to cancel the order.
Payment before Dispatch
We will not dispatch your goods until your payment has cleared into our bank account.
For direct deposits, this could take up to two working days. Cheques can take three to five working days to clear.
Credit card payments are authorised at time of placing your order and the goods are dispatched after the order is reviewed and accepted by bcc.
Once payment is confirmed, the goods will be dispatched on the following day if they are in stock.
Errors and Ommissions
While we attempt to provide accurate prices and product information, we reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including erroneous price, description or order information.
Please ensure you research manufacturer's information on the product prior to placing an order.
Bcc will not accept any liability for products purchased with expectations of non-existent features or functions.
The bcc web site functionality is offered "as-is" and no warranty is given as to its accuracy or availability.
Academic Pricing
Goods purchased under academic, educational or government discounts require proof of eligibility via fax or mail.
Limitation of Liability
In any instance,bcc computers liability (if applicable) is limited to the repair or replacement of goods supplied, or the cost involved in doing so, up to the limit of any amount paid by you.
Stock Availability
Stock numbers are an indication only and no guarantee is given of availability. If an item is on backorder we will notify you with an estimated delivery time.
Warranty
Goods are sold with their manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise stated.
